Tigers through the ages

Fifty years ago today, 33 members of the Douglas County High School Class of 1963 walked down the aisle. That year was a long time ago, but not so long that many members of that class continue to reside in Carson Valley. In 1963, there was a listing for one channel on television, which featured Captain Kangaroo at 8 a.m. every day. There were 1,887 registered voters.
