A man, who was arrested in Carson Valley after the shooting death of his Reno roommate, was found dead in a Churchill County jail cell early this morning. Billey Stanberry, 48, was found dead at about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to Sheriff Ben Trotter. Trotter said Stanberry was discovered by jail deputies hanging from the bars of his cell. Douglas County Sheriff’s investigators arrested Stanberry on March 13 on an active warrant from Justice Court in Fallon.
