Convicted embezzler Jeanne Dey, 30, is scheduled to appear for sentencing this morning in Douglas District Court on a count of insurance fraud. She allegedly claimed her son was injured when her water heater failed. Dey is out of prison on parole after serving the minimum of a year on an embezzlement charge.

We may see some thunderstorms today after 11 a.m. Expect the high today to hit 88 degrees, with the wind out of the west at 5 mph. Thunderstorms remain in the forecast through Friday.
