County commissioners are being asked if they’d like to have staff draft a resolution regarding United Nations Environment and Development Agenda for the 21st Century adopted by the international body in 1992. Closer to home they’ll talk about a request from Tahoe Township Justice of the Peace Richard Glasson for two court clerk positions and hear a presentation from B. Gorman and Lisa Granahan about the Pathway to Prosperity Chamber Trek. Commissioners meet 1:30 p.m. in Stateline. The whole meeting times out at just over an hour.

The stalking trial of Charles Meisler, 61, enters its second full day today. It’s expected to wrap up and go to the jury on Friday.

While it’s still pretty cold at night, we may have a pretty nice day today, with the high temperature hitting 42 degrees under sunny skies. There’s still a lot of haze from the inversion layer.
