Second prison sentence ordered for drunk driving

A 52-year-old Stateline man who celebrated his birthday by getting drunk was sentenced Monday to seven years in Nevada state prison for his second felony drunk driving conviction. District Judge Michael Gibbons told Mickey W. Bagley he must serve a minimum of two years in prison before he is eligible for parole. Because of Bagley’s prior felony conviction, he did not qualify for probation or a diversion program. “I don’t even know what happened on my birthday,” Bagley said. “I was supposed to be at a barbecue at my sister’s house.
