A 22-year-old Johnson Lane man was sentenced Tuesday to 32 months in Nevada state prison after his probation was revoked for domestic battery and theft of a motor vehicle.
District Judge Tod Young told Clayton DeGracia he must serve a minimum of 12 months before he is eligible for parole.
At a revocation hearing Tuesday, DeGracia asked that his time be imposed. Young gave him credit for 86 days in custody.
He was arrested in October 2010 in connection with marijuana sales from a home in Chichester Estates, and sentenced to five years probation with the underlying prison sentence.
