Century 21 celebrates founder’s 30th anniversary

Shele Pandl, Patty Clark and Lori Raschilla of Century 21 Clark Properties perform as the Village People along with Monica Salci, Jamie Clark and the Douglas High School Madrigals at the annual Clark Properties award presentation on Saturday.

In 1984, Patty Clark founded Century 21 Clark Properties. In 2014, the company celebrated Clark's 30th year with a skit at their annual awards banquet in Genoa.

Co-Owner-Manager Lori Raschilla said that in addition to the skit, she and two other agents were named Century 21 Centurians. Tim Egan and Lauren Saunders received the honor.

"We had three Century 21 Centurian agents, which is one of the highest achievements in production," she said. "We had many quality service award agents, which is a measure of the agent providing top quality service to the client. And we won the President's Award as an office, which is a combination of both production and quality service."

Raschilla said the annual banquet was evidence things are looking up in Carson Valley.

Clark is a lifetime Nevadan and real estate broker, Clark has been an active broker since 1983. She founded the Austin Kirby Foundation and Austin's House, following the 2005 death of her 15-year-old grandson.

Century 21 offices are located at 1674 Highway 395 in Minden in The Real Estate Mall building.
