The R-C Morning Report for Jan. 20

Banks and government offices are closed today for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. That means school’s out for the day, so keep an eye out for children around the parks.

It will be a nice day off with the high approaching 60 degrees under sunny skies. It’s supposed to cool off back down into the 40s around Thursday, but there’s no sign of moisture through the week.

That’s sort of the story for the three-month weather outlook issued on Thursday. February, March and April are predicted to be below average moisture and above average temperatures.
