Genoa flips flapjacks for Santa Claus

Saturday’s snowfall didn’t stop more than 300 people from having pancakes and sausage with Old Saint Nicholas in Genoa. The annual Breakfast With Santa event allowed children to personally deliver their Christmas wish list and get some one-on-one time with the jolly man. “It’s really cute and quaint here, and we like to see Santa,” said Tracey Rasmussen who brought her four children to the breakfast. “I also like that you get to write letters to Santa and he writes back.” “You’re never too old for Santa,” oldest sibling Savannah, 12, added.
