The casinos in Stateline had a strong September, raking in a $22.18 million win, which is 23 percent better than the same month in 2012.
The main source of Douglas County’s gaming revenue is up 9 percent for the first quarter for the year, with $75.98 million.
The first quarter was not as kind to casinos in the capital and East Fork Township.
Those casinos posted a 2 percent decrease for the quarter compared to the first quarter of 2012. During September, Carson Valley area casinos were down 4.17 percent to $8.4 million. So far casinos in Carson City and Douglas took in $25.6 million.
