Convicted TRE burglar Adam Westmark, 24, is scheduled to be arraigned this morning in Douglas County District Court on charges of grand larceny for allegedly writing $1,200 checks on a blind man’s account.

A Stateline man faces prison in Douglas County District Court after he admitted to driving under the influence, his second felony, after he said he was celebrating his birthday. Mickey W. Bagley, 52, could receive to up to 15 years in prison from District Judge Michael Gibbons today. He is ineligible for probation or diversion.

It’s clear and cold out this morning with the temperature just above freezing at 34 degrees in Gardnerville. Expect the high temperature to hit 75 today. There’s a chance we’ll see some weather in the middle of the week.
