Man bound over in brandishing, marijuana case

A Gardnerville Ranchos man who allegedly pointed a shotgun at a neighbor who was telling him to slow down through the neighborhood will face felony charges in District Court. Kevin Duane Garrett, 39, was ordered held to answer on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and possession of marijuana for sale after East Fork Justice of the Peace Tom Perkins heard testimony from the victim, another neighbor and two Douglas County peace officers.
