A 27-year-old transient faces up to 15 years in prison after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to stealing $105,000 from Bank of America, and threatening to blow up the bank with explosives he told employees were taped to his chest. In an agreement with the district attorney’s office, Jarell Williams pleaded guilty to robbery and making threats or conveying false information concerning acts of terrorism or weapons of mass destruction, both felonies.
