The R-C Morning Report for March 19

The first of two meetings hosted by the Nevada Department of Transportation is 4-7 p.m. today at the Ridge Tahoe, not far from where Kingsbury will be closed in May. There will be a presentation at 5:30 p.m. A similar meeting will be at Douglas High School, same times, on Thursday.

Relay for Life team captains are meeting 6 p.m. today at the Round Table Pizza in Gardnerville after sign-ups for new teams at 5 p.m.

There’s the slightest hint of a cloud on the horizon that might turn into some rain next week. But for now, expect mostly to partly sunny skies with the highs in the 60s and the lows in the 20s and 30s.
