The R-C Morning Report for March 18

Genoa Town Board members will discuss the major projects they’d like to incorporate into the county’s capital improvement program and the budget for 2014-15 6:30 p.m. tonight at the town office on Main Street.

A man who admitted participating in the February 2013 theft of two dirt bikes and completed a regimental discipline program is scheduled to appear in Douglas County District Court on a probation violation this morning. Brian Ray Hearold, 19, faces 12-30 months in prison after admitting to the theft.

It’s going to be clear but cold today with the high temperature hitting 50 degrees and the wind out of the east at 5-10 mph. Temperatures will warm up over the week climbing back up to the upper 60s by Monday.
