Heroin habit results in TV theft

A Carson City man said he stole one television from the Gardnerville Walmart and tried to steal another, to support his 3-gram-a-day heroin addiction. Logan Daniel Anderson, 26, admitted two counts of burglary in connection with the theft of one television and attempted theft of another. Anderson faces 12-30 months in prison on each count, but could also get probation. His attorney said he’d be seeking diversion.
