Hip Service rocks the CVIC

The Carson Valley Arts Council hosts a concert and dance by Hip Service on April 5 in the CVIC Hall. The band features four singers, a four-piece horn section, and a rhythm section rooted in rhythm and blues, soul, Motown, classic rock, 70s Disco, and today’s funky grooves. Doors open at 6 p.m. with a no-host bar provided by Tahoe Ridge Winery and Bistro, and the concert begins at 7 p.m. Admission is $25 in advance, and $30 at the door.
