Arts council announces 2014-15 concert series

Staff Reports

The Carson Valley Arts Council will kick off its eighth annual Friday concert series Sept. 12.

All concerts will be held at the CVIC Hall in Minden, except the Sept. 12 Toccata Concert, which will be held at St. Gall Catholic Church. The concerts begin at 7 p.m., doors open at 6 pm.

The concert series still has openings for sponsorships. Half page ads, quarter page ads, and business card sized ads or simply company mentions are still available. All sponsorship donations go toward the costs of the concerts.

Anyone who would like to sponsor a concert or place an ad in the program can contact the CVAC Box Office at 775-782-8207 or by email at for rates.

Season tickets are now available. Friends of CVAC may purchase tickets for $75 per person; non-members are $100 per person.

Again this year the arts council has Three-Pack Tickets. Friends and non-members may purchase any three concert tickets instead of the regular season package.
