‘The Curse of the Hanging Tree’ returns

After four years off, the Douglas County Historical Society is bringing back “The Curse of the Hanging Tree.” Performances are 6:30, 7 and 7:30 p.m. July 19 and 20 at various locations around Genoa. The four-act improvised comedy melodrama is based on an actual event that took place in Carson Valley more than 100 years ago.
