Parks & Rec hosts teen dance Friday

It is time for another Douglas County Parks & Recreation Teen Dance.

The dance will be held at the Douglas County Fairgrounds Building from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Friday, and is open to sixth through eighth grade students.

Cost is $10 and includes a slice of pizza and a drink. Snacks will be available for purchase.

The dance will include D.J. music by Bill McClain’s Mobile Music.

Students must bring Student ID or a copy of their most recent report card to verify grade.

“No Freaking” dance policy strictly enforced.

Students must arrange their own transportation ahead of time and need to be picked up promptly at 9 p.m. Do not drop off any student prior to the doors opening at 6:30 p.m.
