Dessert Fundraiser

Douglas High Drama sponsors a Thespian State Showcase and dessert fundraiser 7 p.m. Saturday at the high school. Cost, $7 students and seniors, $10 general admission. All proceeds go toward student scholarships for International Thespian Society festivals and competitions.

Elks Breakfast

Art Show

The Carson Valley Art Association’s in house show in the central hallway of the Douglas campus of Western Nevada College through March 29. One painting from this show donated to the Veterans Guest House in Reno.
