Country artist Dustin Lynch is performing June 13 at TJ’s Corral, Carson Valley Inn’s new outdoor events center in Minden.
Doors open at 7:15 p.m., with the concert starting at 8 p.m. Tickets are $22.50 or $28.50, and can be purchased at www.carsonvalleyinn.com.
Both a songwriter and performer, Lynch toured as an opening act for Keith Urban’s Light the Fuse Tour.
The lead single from Lynch’s upcoming sophomore album, ‘Where It’s At’ charged out of the gate as the most added single on country radio with 79 reporting stations, and was No. 4 on the iTunes Country Songs Chart upon release. Lynch’s debut single, “Cowboys and Angels,” surpassed platinum sales status and was a No. 2 hit on both the Billboard and Mediabase Hot Country Songs charts.
The song was also a Top 5 hit on the Billboard Heatseekers Singles Chart, and a No. 1 CMT ringtone.
“Cowboys and Angels” was one of Billboard’s Top 5 country songs of 2012, earning Lynch a 2013 CMT Music Award nod and two 2012 American Country Award nominations.
“Cowboys and Angels” was nominated for American Country Awards Single of the Year, New Artist and Music Video of the Year and also for the CMT Music Awards Breakthrough Video of the Year. Lynch is the only new male act to debut at No. 1 on the Country Album Chart in 2012 with his self-titled debut album. He recently ranked No. 1 on the MTV Music Meter officially making him the most buzzed-about emerging artist across all genres of music. Additional hits include “She Cranks My Tractor,” and “Wild in Your Smile.”
