Snow tires or chains are required over Kingsbury and along Highway 50 at Lake Tahoe this morning as we awake to the third day in a row with snow on the ground. Not much snow, but a little bit. Highway 88 is requiring chains or four-wheel drive over Carson Pass, but 50 and 80 look pretty clear this morning.The real weather fun is further south where a big rig is blocking the slow lane of Highway 395 at Deadman Summit, the California Highway Patrol reported at 6 a.m. They had another on 395 at Horseshoe Curve around 4 a.m.Heavenly Ski …
