EDITOR:This letter is in response to Mr. Posselt's letter about the usage of budget cut as a definition for the sequester. I would like to point out and clarify an error on Mr. Posselt's assertion that the sequester is not a budget cut. You see, when you have a budget, and you need to save some money, you can either reduce how much you spend, or make more money.
