The man who was District Judge Dave Gamble's last adult case is scheduled to appear this morning for sentencing on a charge of battery causing substantial bodily harm. Huy Phan, 27, will appear in Douglas County District Court this morning before District Judge Tod Young.Gardnerville Town Board members discuss the town's budget in preparation for submission to the county.
