Inspiring people to make small changes that have big results is the goal of a film festival that returns to Lake Tahoe this week.The Eighth Annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival takes place March 8 at MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa.Kay Ogden, associate director of festival sponsor Sierra Nevada Alliance, said she hopes the films inspires people to make little changes to help the environment.
