The Carson Valley Arts Council will host an art exhibit featuring mandalas painted in acrylic by Kaleigh Surber starting Tuesday through May 1. The opening reception is 5-7 p.m. March 8 in the Copeland Cultural Arts Center located at 1572 Highway 395 in Minden. The reception is free and open to the public.
