Two Carson Valley men are to appear in East Fork Justice Court this morning on allegations they stole two dirt bikes from a garage in the Gardnerville Ranchos.Brian Hearold, 18, and Taylor Monge, 20, were jailed early Wednesday on allegations of possession of stolen property, residential burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary.
