A new means of tracking school performance will be presented at the Douglas County School Board meeting 3:30 p.m. today at the Zephyr Cove Public Library. The Nevada School Performance Framework is a 100-point index that shows how schools are performing. Implementation of the framework will prompt revisions to the district's data dashboard.Planning commissioners are scheduled to hear an alteration to the county's code dealing with industrial parcels allowing outside sales, including showrooms, product testing areas and sampling areas.
