Douglas High grad killed in New Mexico traffic accident

Douglas High School graduate and National Guard member Ashley Browder, 21, was killed in Albuquerque, N.M. after the vehicle her sister, Lindsay, 19, was driving collided with a city police vehicle, according to television news site,

Lindsay Browder was taken to University of New Mexico Hospital with a fractured spine and broken hip, the Web site reported.

Ashley Browder graduated from basic military training in August 2010 after graduating from Douglas High School in 2009.

She is the daughter of Donna Browder of Gardnerville and Charles Browder of Albuquerque. Lindsay Browder graduated from Douglas High School in 2012.
