EDITOR:In response to "Sharing the Road" and "Horses are OK here." I am sorry that these apparently seasoned horsewomen had to endure these terrifying experiences due to people who appear to be unwilling or unable to appreciate horses and riders. Therefore, I am writing to inform those riding horses (or bicycles) anywhere, including paved streets, that if a motorized vehicle tries to run you off the road it is assault with a deadly weapon.
