The community is invited to a Feb. 1 ceremony as Minden attorney Tod Young is sworn in as Ninth Judicial District Court judge in Department 1.Young asked Senior Judge Peter Breen to perform the investiture."Judge Breen is the first district court judge I ever appeared in front of," Young said Thursday.
