The Health Fair is designed to provide seniors an expanded awareness of health care providers and services in the community, and to create an opportunity for individuals to address concerns with health care professionals.
Many local organizations will be on hand to answer questions and share information.
Informational booths will include; vision, hearing, Medicare counseling, Alzheimer's support, residential care, area hospitals, home care, TRIAD, Young at Heart Senior Citizen's Club and many more.
Raffle prizes will be awarded throughout the day.
In conjunction with the fair, the Carson Valley Medical Center will offer blood work for a small fee payable at the time of the draw. No appointment or physicians orders are necessary. They accept cash or check only.
Booth spaces are still available, but are filling fast.
