A Gardnerville Ranchos man accused of accosting teenage girls pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct on Wednesday.Edgar Oronia-Camacho, 24, was arrested Sept. 19 after a man stopped his vehicle adjacent to the Kimmerling car wash and started honking at a 17-year-old girl.Through an interpreter, Oronia-Camacho told Perkins he was coming home from work and saw the girl."I saw her at the car wash and started honking without thinking," he said.
