A Sparks man was arrested in Floriston, Calif., after leading authorities on a high speed chase around Reno late Tuesday night.Kody Nicholas Strong, 21, was identified as the driver of a silver Toyota 4-door sedan that was reported stolen not long after a Nevada Highway Patrol trooper tried to conduct an enforcement stop on eastbound Interstate 80 near the Virginia Street interchange for a traffic violation.
