A 26-year-old transient, who reportedly stole more than $100,000 from Bank of America by threatening employees with a fake explosive device taped to his chest, faces up to 55 years in prison if convicted of all counts.Jarell Ryan Williams appeared Monday in East Fork Justice Court to hear charges against him which include robbery with use of a deadly weapon, and making threats or conveying false information concerning acts of terrorism, weapons of mass destruction, legal agent or toxin.He is being held in Douglas County Jail on $300,000 bail.According to court documents, Williams is accused of threatening to use a …
