A federal judge remanded a decision on the revitalization of Homewood Mountain Ski Area Resort back to the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency.United States District Judge William B. Shubb said the analysis used to determine the economic feasibility of alternatives needed more detail and granted the Sierra Club's motion for summary judgment .Shubb ruled in favor of TRPA on most of the plaintiffs' challenges, an agency spokeswoman said.The judge found that there was no merit to the Sierra Club's claims that TRPA's environmental analysis of the Homewood Ski Area Master Plan was inadequate.
