A 23-year-old Gardnerville woman is in stable but serious condition at a Reno hospital as the result of a Friday morning accident at Highway 395 and Airport Road.Samantha McDougal, who was driving a brown Chevrolet, is at Renown Medical Center in Reno, according to Nevada Highway Patrol trooper Dan Lopez.The driver of the other vehicle in the accident, a white Toyota pickup, Jason Michael Derrer, 28, of Gardnerville, was taken to Carson Valley Medical Center on Friday with nonlife threatening injuries.Lopez said the accident occurred at 8:12 a.m. The preliminary investigation revealed that McDougal pulled out of Airport Road to …
