Partnership celebrates 20 years with an open house

The Partnership of Community Resources has relocated and Executive Director Cheryl Bricker said it’s their best location ever.“It’s smaller, but it meets our needs. Since I’ve been at the partnership for 14 years this absolutely is the best location,” Bricker said. “We’re in a neighborhood, and it feels good. We looked at a lot of commercial buildings and then we found this house and thought ‘how perfect.’”The 1,800-square-foot house is the former home of Pastor Pete Nelson when the Carson Valley United Methodist Church was located on the corner, and the garage was used as the Valley’s first food closet.“This …
