R&B singer-songwriter Frank Ocean, 25, was cited Monday on Highway 395 in Mono County for speeding and possession of marijuana.According to the Mono County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy observed a black BMW speeding southbound on Highway 395 at Tom’s Place near Lake Crowley at 4:30 p.m.The deputy stopped the vehicle, and, as he approached, noted a strong odor of marijuana from inside the car.The driver, Christopher Breaux, also known as Frank Ocean, of Beverly Hills, had a small bag of marijuana in the vehicle, according to reports.He was cited for possession of marijuana and released.The incident has been forwarded to …
