Minden manufacturer displays elevator valve in Reno-Tahoe airport

On Dec. 10, Maxton Manufacturing Company of Minden contributed a product display of their hydraulic elevator control valve for the Reno-Tahoe International Airport's exhibit, "Manufactured in Northern Nevada... Who Knew?"

The Northern Nevada Development Authority orchestrated the exhibit, in which several Northern Nevada manufacturers' products will be displayed. Maxton's display will be available through January.

The exhibit room is located near the main airport lobby entrance towards the baggage claim area.

"Maxton opened its facility in Minden in 1995 and is proud to display our hydraulic elevator control valve as a member of this Northern Nevada manufacturing group," said Karl Keller, the company's marketing director. "I would like to thank the Reno-Tahoe Airport, the NNDA and their board member volunteer coordinator, Eileen Webb."

Maxton Manufacturing Company is a worldwide leader in elevator control valves since 1968 and holds the distinction as the largest single producer of elevator control valves in North America. For more information, visit http://maxtonvalve.com.
