An Oregon man waived extradition back home to face criminal charges of criminal nonsupport.Jason Garrett Gibson, 43, was arrested Friday after deputies came to his Gardnerville Ranchos home on a report of a disturbance.A routine background check revealed Gibson had a fugitive warrant out of Clackamas County, Ore.
