Oregon man waives extradition in support case

An Oregon man waived extradition back home to face criminal charges of criminal nonsupport.

Jason Garrett Gibson, 43, was arrested Friday after deputies came to his Gardnerville Ranchos home on a report of a disturbance.

A routine background check revealed Gibson had a fugitive warrant out of Clackamas County, Ore. He was booked in lieu of $25,000 bail.

On Monday, Gibson confirmed his identity in East Fork Justice Court and signed the waiver to transport him back to Oregon.
