The Carson Valley Art Association held their annual Scholarship Show in November at the CVIC Hall in Minden.
Scholarship recipients will be announced in May.
"We want to thank all the businesses and individuals that donated items for our raffle and silent auction, and to thank the community for supporting CVAA by their own donations and purchases," organizers said in a press release. "Because of all of this, CVAA is able to give several scholarships to graduating Douglas High School seniors who wish to pursue a career in the visual arts."
The show was judged by Tina Tyrell, who teaches painting at WNC Douglas and Carson City, and at the Brewery Art Center in Carson City.
CVAA's nonjudged Carson Valley Days Show is the first weekend in June.
