For the first time, the Douglas County Library is sponsoring a winter Lego building challenge for children and adults.Original winter-themed Lego structures are being accepted through noon, Jan. 3 at the Minden and Zephyr Cove branches of the library."We decided to do this in place of our gingerbread program that became so popular we were unable to meet the space demand," said Kathy Echavarria, youth services librarian.
