Minden dance students perform Christmas story

The Performing Arts Project in Minden presents "Christmas in Snowflake County," this weekend at The Children's Museum in Carson City.

The cast of 25 students ages 2 to 16 will retell the story of Christmas through singing, dancing and acting.

"It's the retelling of the Christmas story, and the meaning of Christmas which is baby Jesus," said Cassie Brockway, studio owner. "The kids have worked hard since September, and it would be nice to share the meaning of Christmas with the community."

Showtimes are 6:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets at the door are $15 for adults and $10 for children ages 7-15. Children under 6 years old are free.

Discounted group and individual advance ticket sales available by calling the studio at 267-4446.

The Children's Museum is located at 813 North Carson Street.
