EDITOR:On behalf of the Carson Valley Chamber of Commerce, I’d like to say thank you to all of those responsible for a memorable 17th annual Parade of Lights. With all of the concern about the weather conditions leading up to the parade, by Saturday morning the forecast was favorable and by the time the floats started rolling, a warm, windy evening allowed participants and spectators to enjoy the outstanding collection of entries.
