The search for a couple who disappeared on their way to Gardnerville on Thursday has been suspended for the day, and authorities are evaluating whether to continue to search again on Wednesday.Roderick Paul Clifton, 44, and Paula Lane, 46, were last seen in Citrus Heights at around 2:45 p.m. Thursday in a blue 1989 Jeep, with California plates 4VPB739. Lane calls Gardnerville home, while Clifton is a part-time resident of Citrus Heights, according to Citrus Heights spokesman Sgt.
