High winds knocked out power to about 200 NV Energy customers in Topaz Ranch Estates for most of the morning.Power company spokesman Calder Chism said power was restored in the community around 1 p.m.Wind gusts of up to 50 mph were recorded in Gardnerville on Saturday morning.
