A 52-year-old Gardnerville Ranchos woman was cited Tuesday for possession of drug paraphernalia after she was stopped for driving with a faulty license plate light.A Douglas County sheriff's deputy observed a blue marijuana pipe in plain view in Denise Anne Grant's purse when she produced her driver's license and registration, which was suspended.According to reports, Grant admitted smoking marijuana three hours before she was stopped.Canine officer "Chief" searched the vehicle, and officers found the pipe, two small screwdrivers and scissors.Grant received a citation for driving with suspended registration and a warning for the inoperable license plate light.-- A 50-year-old Gardnerville …
