James Rawie, conductor of the Toccata Chorus and Orchestra will perform selections from "Messiah" and other familiar holiday favorites in the Carson Valley Arts Council's second concert of the 2012-2013 season. Doors open at 6 p.m., Dec. 7 in the CVIC Hall with a no-host bar featuring beer, wine and non-alcholic beverages provided by Tahoe Ridge Winery and Bistro.
